All of Memorial's patients have access to national clinical trials through the National Indiana Cancer Research Consortium or the NICRC. The NICRC is a full member of the Community Clinical Oncology Program (CCOP). The NICRC is a non-profit, research organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life to the community by providing state of the art cancer prevention and access to treatment clinical trials. NICRC also provides outreach to the under served populations, provides access to new drugs and treatment, is a resource for cancer information, and strives in patient advocacy.
