Memorial’s NICU has always been very interested in the effect that environmental factors have on the babies, staff and parents. We will be participating in a light study in which we will be asking our staff and parents for their input on the lighting in various areas of our NICU.

You will be given the opportunity to fill out a short questionnaire to determine how the light makes you feel, how well you can see, and what affect you think it might have on the babies.

The results of this initial study will determine the direction that we take in the next phase of the light study.
