Wound Care Services
Wound care services are provided on both an inpatient and outpatient basis at Memorial Hospital. Wounds related to trauma, disease, diabetes, burns, impaired circulation and infections are treated by our staff, most of whom are certified wound care specialists. Using state of the art topical agents, and treatment modalities such as vacuum assisted closure pumps and pulsatic irrigation; we are able to manage even the most complicated cases without having to resort to surgical procedures to accomplish wound closure. Our therapists will work closely with your physician, who’s referral initiates the care, in order to make sure that you are provided with a coordinated approach to your wound.
