Mission
As Memorial's Corporate University, Memorial U assists in meeting Memorial’s mission by creating a healthy organization though education of its members. Our vision is that this education will, in turn, be offered to the community-at-large in an effort to create the healthiest community of learners by the year 2010.

Philosophy
The primary focus of MU is to serve our customers, understanding that our people are our most valuable resources. Fostering learning and creating opportunities for people development will be the fundamental task for the “University” leaders and all Memorial managers and strategic planners.

We leverage our capabilities through the benefit of information sharing and diverse communication systems that integrate our internal and external operation.
