How to Make a Payment

In Person

If you wish to make a payment in person, you can visit the cashier's office, located next to the The Cottage Place Gift Shop, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed for lunch from 1 to 1:30 p.m.

By Check

If you wish to make a payment by check, please make the check out to "Memorial Hospital". You can drop the check off at the cashier's office or mail your payment to:
