Memorial Hospital Challenges Women to be Dazzled by their Health at Local Spirit Girls' Night Out® Event

Memorial Hospital is hosting a fashion-forward, fabulous, and dazzling Spirit Girls' Night Out to inspire women to love the person they are every day. On Oct. 17, Memorial Hospital will welcome women to this event that aims at teaching women how to get their groove back, hug their curves and take charge of their health.

This fun and informative event is designed to move women towards better overall health and vibrant living by providing free health screenings, education on menopause, weight management strategies, bone, heart and breast health, and more. Participants will also enjoy shopping from local vendors, mini makeovers from local salons, chair massages, networking, door prizes, giveaways, appetizers, and a cash bar.

Spirit Girls' Night Out is in its seventh year and gaining momentum with over 75 hospitals in cities all over the US working toward the same goal – inspiring and empowering women to be okay with who they are and encourage action over their health and the health of their families.
