Enshrinees to Visit Memorial Children’s Hospital

Two of this year’s Enshrinees to the College Football Hall of Fame are scheduled to visit Memorial Children’s Hospital on Thursday, July 14 at 5:00 p.m.

Desmond Howard, one of the only athletes to win both the Heismann Trophy (with the University of Michigan) and be MVP for a Super Bowl (while with Green Bay), will be on hand to visit the children in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

Mike “Spank” Favor, who led North Dakota Sate to three Division II national championships, will visit both units as well. His post-college career in education as a coach and administrator shows his commitment to children’s health and wellbeing.
