Celebrating the Grand Opening of the New Memorial Regional Cancer Center & Newest Location of Michiana Hematology Oncology
Memorial Regional Cancer Center and Michiana Hematology Oncology will celebrate the grand opening of their new shared space on Wednesday, May 11, from 5 to 7 p.m. inside the main entrance of Memorial Hospital.

Festivities include a special dedication ceremony and blessing at 5:30 p.m., tours of the new facility, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, special guest speakers, live music, and presentation of gifts to four physicians who helped make this dream a reality: Drs. Rafat Ansari, George Friend, David Hornback and James Kelly.
This project brings all of Memorial’s major oncology treatments and services together in one location, including: the Northern Indiana Cancer Research Consortium, Memorial Radiation Oncology, multidisciplinary clinics, nurse navigators, outpatient infusion center, American Cancer Society services, exercise rehabilitation room, yoga and Pilates studio, massage and acupuncture suite, and a healing garden.
