At Memorial Hospital & Health System, we require that all media inquires come through the Media and Community Relations Department. All requests for information, including: interviews, photographs, live shots, b-roll, statements, etc., about Memorial Health System and all affiliated practices, must be cleared first through Media Relations. Please understand that all Memorial departments have been trained to refer media calls to our department.

We would prefer that you call us before coming to any Memorial facility to shoot footage, regardless of whether you plan to interview anyone. Patient privacy is of top concern to us, and therefore we require media to be escorted while on site.

Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If there is an emergency situation after hours, please call the hospital switchboard at 574-647-1000 who will page the Nursing Supervisor on call.
