COPD Support Group

The members of the Second Wind Group offer support to each other through sharing common concerns and problems as well as one another's joys. The group meets for sharing, education and exercise every Tuesday from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the South Bend Christian Reformed Church 1855 N. Hickory Rd. South Bend, Indiana. There is no membership fee to be a part of this group. Support persons (spouse, family, friends) are encouraged to attend the weekly meetings with the member.
