The sign on the screen is asking for an email address and I do not have one, what should I do?

If you do not have e-mail, you may create your own User ID.

Please use the following format to create your User ID: first and last name@noemail.com
Example: johndoe@noemail.com  

Do not use spaces in your User ID or Password.  Please select a password that you can easily remember then confirm your password and click Register.

I recently applied for a position, how can I find out the status?

Due to the volume of applicants we receive, we can not personally contact everyone who submits a resume. To check the status of your application:

  1. You must 1st log on as a returning user
  2. Your Applicant Home Page will open, and then you will need to select View Status Application.
  3. You will be able to view the position(s) you applied for and the status of your application.

I’m trying to view the status of my application, what do the different status codes mean?

020- Applied:
This is the 1st phase of the application process, your resume has been submitted but not yet reviewed.

030-Preliminary Screen:
A recruiter is in the process of screening your application.

040- Final Screen:
A recruiter has screened your resume and is in process of reviewing your qualifications.

050- Route:
A recruiter has sent your resume to a hiring manager for their review. At this point, the manager and recruiter will determine the next steps.

060- Interview:
An interview has already been set up at this level.

070- Offer:
An offer has been extended to a candidate for the position.

080- Ready to Hire:
An offer has been accepted and the position has been filled.

100- Hold:
The position has been filled; PeopleSoft automatically moves all candidates who were not selected for the position to a Hold status.

110- Reject:
The position has been filled by another candidate.

120- Canceled:
The requisition has been canceled, and the job is no longer available.

If a job is posted, is the job still open?

Yes, unless the job has recently been accepted by a candidate and not yet in a filled status, positions posted are active.

I have applied for a position and am interested in applying for another position, do I need to re-apply?

Once you have completed your 1st application, the information that you enter will automatically be save. If you apply for another position, you will still need to add the position to your job basket, and select apply.

Please note that you must remember your UserID and Password, this will allow to apply for another position without re-entering your information.

There are no jobs listed that match my qualifications, what should I do?

If there are currently no jobs available that match your qualifications, you can set up a Job Agent that will allow you to set up your own search criteria and we’ll notify you by email when a job becomes available. You can then attach your resume to the job you want to apply for.

  1. From your applicant home page, select Job Search Agent
  2. Select the areas of interest that you would like to be notified about and select save.  DO NOT enter a location or keywords.

I would like to update my phone number and/or address, what should I do?

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your User ID and Password, you will need to re-apply using a different User ID and Password.

Please be sure to write this information down as it will allow you to check the status of your application, set up a job agent, and apply for other positions without re-entering your information again.
