Developmental Pediatric Clinic
The Developmental Pediatrics Clinic at Memorial Children's Hospital provides family-focused care for children at risk for developmental delay. Children with a range of clinical issues such as autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, Downs Syndrome, failure to thrive, undiagnosed developmental delay, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder will be thoroughly assessed and evaluated by experienced physicians and nurses. Working with the parents, the child's primary care physician and the schools, the clinical staff at Memorial's Developmental Pediatric Initiative will help maximize the child's potential for success. Collaboration and communication with the child's primary care physician will ensure coordinated care and medical follow-up for typical childhood illnesses.
