The NICU Social Worker will be talking to you about Medicaid. If you qualify, make sure you add your baby as soon a possible. If you have additional questions, please contact the NICU Social Worker at 647-3537.
Children’s Special Healthcare Services (CHSCS)
Children’s Special Healthcare Services helps families of children with serious, chronic medical conditions get treatment related to their child’s condition. The agency works with physicians, nurses, social service workers and others to help children and their families get information and medical care. The NICU Social Worker will help you to know if your baby qualifies for this program and can help you get signed up. The Cashier’s Office, on the first floor, is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays). You may also drop payments off at the Registration Desk from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Please visit the How to Make a Payment page for more information.

Your Baby’s Hospital Bill
The hospital bill includes room rate, labs, radiology, pharmacy and supply charges. Certain procedures and services are billed separately including physician fees. The length and complexity of your baby's stay will determine the cost of hospitalization.
