If you are unable to work a three-week series into your schedule, consider attending Lunch & Learn. This one-day intensive version of Complete Childbirth Prep is held on select Saturdays and will help you and your partner prepare for birth. Learn about pregnancy, the labor process, delivery, common medical interventions and relaxation techniques through a variety of hands-on experiences. The classes will include a PowerPoint presentation, discussion and group activities. When you sign up for Complete Childbirth Prep: Lunch & Learn, you may also register for After Baby Comes and Breastfeeding Basics which are complimentary! Each person attending will also receive a $5 coupon toward lunch in our Cafeteriahhh! or South Bend Chocolate Cafe.

Location
All classes are held in the Childbirth Center's Family Education Rooms. Please be sure to park in the Lafayette Parking Garage. Look for the blue illuminated sign at the ceiling of the garage which reads "Memorial Childbirth Center" on the third floor. Enter the hospital through these doors. The Family Education Rooms are just inside. Your educator will be there to greet you. Parking is free for all class participants.
