SOUTH BEND, INDIANA - Memorial Hospital announces the release of a new book on innovation, written by hospital CEO Phil Newbold and Vice President of Marketing and Innovation Strategy Diane Serbin Stover.
The book, titled "Wake Up and Smell the Innovation! Stirring up a return on imagination," combines the story of Memorial's journey to develop an innovation competency, with a guide that others can use to create a culture of innovation in their own organization.
