Larger WOW Projects (Big, Exciting Solutions/Opportunites)

1. Use WOW tools to frame, reframe and create concept & use ninthhouse network

2. Determine funds needed for prototyping/site visits, etc.

3. Use WOW tools and space to prototype

4.*Register your project on Innovation Everywhere web site registry!

5. Get approval from Vice President to request R&D funds-
REQUEST MUST BE FOR OVER $500. Projects needed amounts less than $500 should be charged to your department.

• Does the WOW project SOLVE an important problem?
  
  
• Is this something the department would have done anyway?
  
  
• Does the WOW project offer real IMPACT to improve service/relationships/revenue/growth?
• Does the project focus on opportunities as part of the
  Memorial mission?
  
  
• Does the project qualify for CHAG, Foundation or other
  types of funding?
  
  
• Have the WOW steps been followed (ninthouse or
  WOW WIZARD SCHOOL books)?
  
  
• Has a hand-off plan been developed for implementation?

5. Vice President to email Diane Stover the project description &
funding needs for review by Idea Propulsion Leaders

6. Pending no duplicative requests, legal or political issues, funding
will be available- VP to be given cost center for sign-off.

7. Begin Implementation, Celebration, Move-On,
or Fail Forward & Learn
