The Health & Lifestyle Center Personal Training Program is designed for people age 12 and older who want to gain the knowledge, motivation and confidence they need to achieve their fitness goals.

How Do I Get Started?
Please complete the attached form and return it to the Health & Lifestyle Center or call us at (574) 647-2671. We will speak with you about your goals, availability and any other preferences you may have.

Staff
All of our personal trainers are highly qualified and certified. Male and female trainers are available, with a variety of specialties and backgrounds.

Individual Personal Training (one-hour sessions)
Private (one-on-one) training session.
