Our program is meant to enhance communications between Memorial Hospital and your practice. Our program will work to identify and bring to the attention of administration any concerns physicians may have about Memorial Hospital. This program will increase the speed with which we can respond with appropriate and timely action to your concerns. The goal of our physician relations program is to increase the overall marketshare within the communities we serve.

For an Immediate response to patient care issues on specific floors: Contact the nursing supervisor 1st at 574-647-6972 as they can resolve several issues.

• Memorial is committed to doing our best to resolve physician reported concerns in a timely manner
• All physician reported concerns will be responded to the same day
• Weekend and holidays please contact hospital operator at 647-1000 to be transferred to the nursing supervisor or to have the administrator on call contact you directly

Tawnn will also communicate to our physicians on new service lines and technology available, and inspire loyalty to our hospital. Her interactions will allow us to gain valuable insight in strategizing future initiatives for the hospital. Tawnn will spend most of her time outside the hospital visiting with you and your staff members to make sure all of your needs are met.
