Circuits Overloaded: Watt's Right for You?

Meditation: Developing a Meaningful Practice
Meditation is has a positive impact on stress management, quality sleep, overall performance, and can help with achieving inner peace.
This program is developed to help you create a meaningful meditation practice. Designed for for the beginner or intermediate meditator, learn about research on meditation and its connection to brain health. And, experience different meditation methods to help you choose the meditation style that is right for you.

This is a four-session series meeting on April 21, May 6, May 19 and June 2 at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $85. Sessions are held at the Holy Cross Village Andre House.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ideal exercise for lifelong well-being and brain health. The movement patterns and a simplified form of the traditional Yang Style Tai Chi is offered.
This approach builds from simple to complex patterns of functional movement while preserving the essence of Tai Chi. Tai Chi enhances physical alignment, balance, relaxation shills, and mental focus.

Senior Line Dancing
